#7 in Texas USTA 3.5 this year with “The Natural!”

By Brad · October 28, 2010 · Filed in News Releases · No Comments »

Well I have made it to #7 this year in with “The Natural!”  I will be going to Austin to play the top eight 3.5 rated players, so we will see how I do.  I am playing okay but tend to have a difficult time with the pushers, I need to be more patient and just play my game.  I will also be playing doubles in this tournament with a buddy of mine who is also on my side of the draw in the round robin tournament format.  My hope is at least one of us will make it to the finals in singles and we make it to the finals in doubles.  If you want to follow the results I will put the link for you to check it out.

Won my first tournament with the Natural, two-handled tennis racket!

By Brad · June 22, 2010 · Filed in News Releases · No Comments »

Won my first tournament with the Natural, two-handled tennis racket!  It was the East Texas Adult Major Zone.  You can view the draw at http://tennislink.usta.com/tournaments/Draws/EventDraw.aspx?T=83871&E=3  .  With this win and a few others this summer  I may have a chance to be in the top eight for the end of year.  My hope and goal is to just show how a 3.5 player over 40 years old can move up to the next level with the advantage of a two-handled  tennis racket.  If you live in the Dallas area and want to learn more about the racket or hit with it let me know!

Another #1 seed and hopefully this time I will live up to the prediction point standings!

By Brad · June 2, 2010 · Filed in News Releases · No Comments »

The dreaded #1 seed in a tournament, yes it is nice to get a bi in the first round but I have never won when I have been seated at the top.  I have been hitting very well lately and feel I have to correct tension for my strings the last time they were strung so we will see!

My hope this weekend is to finish 1st and to break the mental stigma when I am seated at the top.  I will be playing in the Richardson Tennis Tournament, Men’s 3.5.  If I am going to have enough points to make it to the top eight in Texas by the end of the year this needs to be my start this summer.  There is one other bit of great news.  My son has wanted to start hitting more and is now getting more confident with 2 forehands.  I am going to try and video him hitting so those skeptics out there can see how easy it is and the advantage for even an eight year old can use.   If you want to follow the draw you can go to the link below.

Natural Tennis a seat as #1 in Texas 3.5 tournament!

By Brad · March 9, 2010 · Filed in News Releases · No Comments »

Brookhaven Country Club is holding another tennis tournament this upcoming weekend and with the points I have in the year they have seated me as number one. My first match is at 5:30 on Friday against a guy that does not have a record to be found so we will see if this is a good or bad thing. For all I know it could be a retired college player that is not yet rated. It is time to win a tournament  with the “Natural Power Grip” and give my seating and the racquet some validity. If you fallow this blog give me your input or if you just want to demo a racquet and live in the Dallas area let me know.

I won second with “the Natural” in my last tournament!

By Brad · August 10, 2009 · Filed in News Releases · No Comments »

Well, I was able to win second place in my last tournament.  I had a great time and I am getting better with my timing and more confident ”hitting out” instead of pushing the ball every time I play!  They did take some photos while I was playing with “the Natural Tennis Racquet,” as they had not seen it before.  I will give you the link of the photos if you want to check it out.

Hopefully next tournament I can get first place.  Feel free to email me if you want to hit with a demo!

Hello everyone!

This is my first blog ever and a test to make sure this works.

I will be updating my web site as I go.

The first bit of news, I will be in a tennis tournament at a 3.5 level this weekend using the Natural Power Grip. I have hit with it about four or five times and I do not feel I have lost any control playing with the racquet. I can see only positive things and advantages from this racquet.

We will have to see how things go and I will let you know!
